I want that if from home page if we swipe left then it goes to search page that will be quite easy to find anything. From one hand opwrations we can perform different actions but i only want that search in home page not everywhere.

You can do that if not for the notification panel. But still if you want you can do that with 2 swipes(swipe up and then down)

I think it will be quite easy if there is a seperate page which shows some recently used apps with search option

Currently if we swipe left we have a option to open google discover or samsung free i want that there should option to select the search page here
