One ui 7 update

When will we get update on samsung f14 5g and m14 5g . I got notification on 17 june and today 1 st July still no update and when I asked same question to samsung care . See what they reply to me .

Official date cannot be specified. Earlier as per notification sent it was June 2025. Samsung, for reasons known to them could not release in June. Thus you should expect one UI 7.0 this month.

Finally Samsung support is lost unaware of things going around them. They answer irrelevent and often give wrong information. Just ignore their reply.
