Yes, they couldn't keep their promise. Even they were giving away the same date (December 12) till 12:30 PM

Even we are not getting security updates on time. Last month I got November patch on 28 November. Ganta November security patch bc abhi mid December aaney ko hai December security patch ka namo nishan nhi hai. Aese hi bc IOS security itni mani nhi jati, they get timely updates and at the same time.
