Hi all,

After I updated my S24 ultra software to the pushed-in new version (UI 6.1), I lost the font typing whenever the AI option table. To troubleshoot the cause. I restarted the devise 5 times but the situation didnt change.
What is surprising is the way samsung handle this complain, I end up wait8ng for 3 working days starting from Monday.
Very frustrated with the way the deal with customers.

I advise everyone who recieves this update to ignore the update to avoid being in my situation.

I have applied the new update. No issues here.

A suggestion:
If you have applied any custom themes or fonts. Try to switch back to default. 1726336319084.jpg1726336319108.jpg

Try this:
Go to settings/ apps
Tap sort icon next to 'Your apps' and select 'Show system apps.'
Now search for Samsung keyboard and tap. Tap storage and clear both cache and data.
Restart.

I tried spelling and grammar options and inserted a correction. But still, I don't face any issues.

It is related to themes and keyboard style selection. When I clear all settings to default (especially when using Good Lock) cleared the issue.
Thank you all for your support. Maybe someone will benefit from this case if they face a similar situation.
