Tap sort icon next to 'Your apps' and select 'Show system apps.'
Now search for Samsung keyboard and tap. Tap storage and clear both cache and data.
Restart.

Step 1: Clear Cache and Data
Go to Settings.
Tap Apps.
Tap the Sort icon next to "Your apps" and select "Show system apps."
Search for Samsung keyboard and tap it.
Tap Storage.
Clear both Cache and Data.
Restart your device.
Step 2: Enable Safe Mode (if the issue persists)
Power off your device by holding down the Power button and Volume down button.
Tap and hold on Power off.
Tap Safe mode.
You will now see Safe Mode down near the bottom left of the screen.
Test your device in Safe Mode to see if the issue persists.
To exit Safe Mode, simply restart your device.
