FE = Fan Edition: Samsung usually positions FE models as more affordable versions of the flagship “Ultra” or “Plus” devices, keeping the core experience but trimming some premium features.

Target Audience: People who want flagship-level performance and design but at a lower price point.

Trade-offs: Historically, FE models may have slightly less advanced cameras or smaller batteries compared to the Ultra line, but they often retain strong performance and display quality.

consider alternatives if Samsung doesn’t address these issues quickly. But before making that leap, it might be worth waiting for the next patch—Samsung usually rolls out fixes within weeks when complaints pile up.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

We understand your disappointment regarding the camera quality and battery performance on your device, and we truly value your experience with Samsung.

Please note that camera performance and battery behavior can be affected by software optimization, background usage, and recent updates. We recommend trying the following steps to help improve the experience:

  1. Ensure the device software is updated to the latest version via settings > software update.
  2. Restart the device and allow a few days after an update for the system to complete background optimization.
  3. For camera concerns, go to camera app > settings and reset camera settings, then test again in different lighting conditions.
  4. For battery performance, go to settings > battery and device care > battery > usage to check which apps are consuming more power and restrict unnecessary background activity.
  5. Make sure all apps are updated from Galaxy Store and Play Store.

Samsung continuously works on software updates to improve camera processing and battery optimization based on user feedback. Your comments are important and help highlight areas that need improvement.
