It's not available yet.. Whenever it will be available, there gonna be a banner on homepage of this app, select it & follow the instructions, you'll receive the beta in few minutes..
Currently it is not available in India When it will come you will get a banner in Samsung Members app Then click on it and register for it If you find this helpful kindly click on the three dots and click accept as solution
