Considering all these facts and also the situation of crisis arising due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and worldwide lockdown, we expect to see the final and stable build for devices rolling out starting from somewhere around November. Starting from Q1 2021, the update will be made available to other devices in a more fully-fledged manner.

How the list is made: ∆Samsung gives 2 major OS update to most of its smartphones. If you have a Samsung Galaxy device running Andriod 9 Pie and One UI 1.0 out of the box, then you are eligible (technically) for the next 2 versions of Android (Android 10 and upcoming Android 11).

Example:

 The Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy S9 series have already received their two (Android 9 and Android 10) major OS update, they are not in our list, the same happened with the Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S8 series last year.
