There are two methods to disable the auto-restart function
Method 1
Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on General management.
Step3: Tap on Reset.
Step4: Disable Auto restart (if enabled).
Step5: Auto-restart disabled.
Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to "Settings"
Step2: Tap on "Battery and device care"
Step3: Tap on Three dots
Step4: Tap on "Automation"
Step5: Disable "Auto-restart at set times" if enabled
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Error report).

OthersYes. I'm also facing this problem in my M31s device since upgraded to Android 12 and talked with few friends who are using the same device. They are also facing the same problem. Then I contact the customer care they are not ready to provide to refund or replacement or free service. It's a product issue, completely Samsung mistake and they are wasting our time and looting our money. I cant even use my mobile for atleast 5 minutes, Its keep on restarting. frustrated. Its a big shame for Samsung one who is in the Number 1 at most mobile selling company.

OthersI am facing same issue with my M31s mobile, please help to resolve this issue. Samsung care suggested to replace motherboard but my handset out of warranty, i have raised issue to consumer forum and Samsung agree to give 25% discount but I need 100% discount to replace the mother board . Please do the needful,

OthersI have problems too since the update of Android 12 on my M31
Some apps suddenly freeze. hard to get calls (normal or whatsapp) without the phone bugging or restarting. The appliance sometimes become very hot and battery drains faster than it used to.
What can I do to get it fixed, as I understand you can't revert back to Android 11 ?
