Lol, Apple usually has the same hardware across all phones lol. For Samsung its different hardware across all devices. That means you get different software parameters and optimisation for each device line. Just like now, A13 5G has One UI 6 out but the 4G variant doesn't have anything. Differents in chipsets, cameras, screens, batteries, storages, ram etc. so its more like they custom make the sofatware for each device.
For the S22s am sure they were putting up some optimisations for it to be greater.
For other devices it's unfortunate its clashing with the launch of the S24s
