We understand the inconvenience you have faced. Kindly follow the below mentioned steps to improve the performance of the device:
- Close background running apps when not using them.
- Avoid usage of mobile phone during charging: avoid the usage of the mobile phone while charging.
- Settings> Battery > Please tap on 3dots(more option) at the top right hand side> please select settings> enable fast cable charging.
We always recommend to use genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.
n case if the issue still persist, register your concern in Samsung Members Application for better assistance (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)
