Sir,

I purchased A33  model SM - A336E/DS Samsung 5G phone. Its updated patch level is 1 Feb 2023. In my location 5G network is under trail, I have already 5G welcome offer  fro JIO, but my phone is not showing 5G. My phone is set in 5G. 

Please resolve the issue.

I'm from Jaipur and you won't believe, there's only certain areas that allow you to use 5g due to network areas. Remember if this is trial in your area, than you should wait for atleast 15 days!
