Need some details about fota cloud server for latest firmware

Hello Team,

I am using the below API for fota cloud server to check the latest firmware details:

https://fota-cloud-dn.ospserver.net/firmware/INU/SM-M315F/version.xml 

So I want to know few details regarding the API-

1. Is the API is free or purchased?

2. What are the charges per request?

3. INU and INS country code for India, So what is the different between them and which one I have to use.
4. I am getting the access denied in response for below API, can you please specify the reason why it is denied.
https://fota-cloud-dn.ospserver.net/firmware/INU/SM-G935FD/version.xml

I didn't see any developer document to use this API, please send me the document link for fota cloud firmware API.

Please help me to resolve the above queries.
