Need Help in getting a replacement of S23 Ultra

Hi All,

 

I had a manufacturing defect in my S23 Ultra and now Samsung is not ready to replace the phone, instead they are providing me with the refund amount. 

 

Can anyone help me to persuade Samsung to send me a replacement?

I mean the refund is even better go take that refund buy that in a samsung store you will get a tons of benefit like hands on feel and any query you have about phone and also some great tips from them on how to use the max out of your phone

And they will definately give you services like warrenty and replacement in case something goes wrong
