Why I unable to getting October or November update..?

I need my solution as soon as possible

did you tried resetting ?

it will help you to refresh your phone .

once it did the trick for me .

if your phone is out of warranty, you can do Odin flash where you can find latest firmware with security patch in sammobile site .

or else approaching A Samsung care service center can help you to update the software as they can do it with there service .

thats nothing serious, but your phone's connection to the OTA server dnt work . you can consider doing either or the above mentioned

self Odin download is only recommended if your device is out of warranty and it's personal risk for Recommended method is to consider Samsung care at first

the highlighted is your current firmware and There are Two More released after that, so you still can check them on... as a consideration
