My services not working at all since reset of device

Hi I'm just writing to ask about my services not working at all. My Bluetooth, wifi are currently not working at all so i want to know what might be the cause and how can it be resolved?.

Please ensure your device's software is updated.

 Go to Settings > tap Software update. Step 2. Tap Download and install.

Then reset network settings;

1. From the home screen swipe down to access settings.

2. Tap the settings icon.

3. Tap General management.

4. Tap Reset.

5. Tap Reset network settings.

6. Tap Reset settings.

7. Tap Reset.
