Missing contacts

Hi everyone, I need help urgently, I don't know what happened to my Samsung galaxy A13, I woke up one day and everything in it was gone. I lost all my contacts, I'm in desperate search of how I cam recover my contacts, I didn't have back up. Kindly help if you can.

Go to your trash in your contacts app, select them all and restore them
