Manufacturing defect in Samsung Frame TV 2022

Hi Samsung India,
 
I wish to complain about the Samsung Frame 55 TV that I purchased in December last year.
 
I am complaining because the product developed stuck pixels within 3 months which surely is a manufacturing defect and raises serious questions on the process and quality of Samsung altogether.
 
Samsung is concerned pivotal in manufacturing TV panels but these kinds of issue raised multiple questions on all the people involved in this process. There are multiple users on Samsung channels that have faced similar issue with different TV models of Samsung. Most of the people got their TV units replaced.
 
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Samsung Service Center of your company, and was told that only repairs will be done. I believe that this response is unfair because its been only 3 months and I don’t want it to be repaired as it breaks the trust in the company and it will forever linger in my mind about the quality of Samsung’s products in the future itself. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.
 
To resolve this issue and to restore my faith in your brand, I want you to get the product replaced and provide me with a new unit.
 
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve  this problem.
