Landscape mode problem

Hi, 

So most of you may have this problem specifically in your samshng galaxy a31 mobile, the problem is whenever I turn my phone into landscape mode, and I touch or drag at some places on the screen it doesn't touch, like respond, and when I turn it into portrait mode and I touch on the same place it works just fine, only on smasung galaxy A31 mobiles.. pls tell me if anyone knows how to fix this problem
