I have did resent settings clearded data and catche all that done not in sleeping apps but it is not working

MAYBE KEYBOARD TOOLBAR IS DISABLE
CHECK IN KEYBOARD SETTINGS
IS IT ENABLE OR NOT ?

Its enabled bro... if it was enable it didn't showed up... the toolbar is blurred and not giving any response by clicking
