Since they have poor communication regarding latest releases in this country

We. Should not have to complain about. Samsung south africa there arrogance regarding updating consumers devices

Yes you can choose the region of choice even though you got the phone from another region
But remember you will need to get plug converter to south africa if the phone is from the US
Etc
