Looking for an upgrade over samsung a34

I am looking for an upgrade over my samsung a34. I would like a good performing phone with a good camera. My budget at the moment is between ($200 - $350). 

I don't mind buying a second-hand device and I would prefer to keep it a samsung device.

Would anyone recommend anything?

I was also thinking of the s22

The S22/s23 are still good devices, I'd advice you look at those two and leave other devices
