Jio doesn't have my device name in 5g device check

I have Samsung S10 5g korean variant but my device name is not available in myjio app 5g device check so i cant choose any option. And now I can't use 5g but when i inserted Airtel sim and check in Airtel app it's showed that my device is 5g and i can use 5g on this device.

I have ported to airtel and the app shows im eligible for 5g and i can use 5g but my device is not getting 5g network.

Same issue here,what did you do

Nothing. Can't do anything about this issue as i asked someone and they said "You are out of luck, the S10 is an old 5G phone. Back then, each phone was built to only support 1 countries 5G bands".
