I am facing issues with my bu8000, which i purchased last year. Their's a weird pattern which appears over the display in specific conditions like someky darkish environment. Also, sometimes their's weird pinkish or white or green pattern over the complete display which only dissappears after switching the tv on and off. I have complained various times about this tv, and it's motherboard has been changed twice and it's remote is also changed once. And i am still facing issues with this tv, and the technical team is saying my unit is fine and their's no issue. Instead they are calling it a feature. I am attaching some videos, please be the judge of whether what i am facing is a feature or problem

Here's the weird white or pink or green patterns that randomly pops up amd only dissappears after switching the tv on and off. That is the display issue not a feature if u tv in warranty period then contact to customer care service then ask to change display or else upgrade your tv

I have called them multiple times, but no one is listening i was just contacted today by customer experience manager, Samsung and he told me that the technical team have had been investigating my case, and btw no one every visited my house to physically check my tv and said that it's a feature of the tv. I dont know what do i do now? And yes, the tv is in warranty
