Is there in thing wrong in samsung reminder app

Today I noticed there is something suspicious in reminder app. All my reminder found in recycle been and the task discreptions is weird which is auto populating.

Can anyone confirm?

Have you synced remind app with microsoft To Do?? Because reminder app's tasks can be access by microsoft to do app whether it's in pc or mobile...
You can check it in reminder app's settings... I attached screenshot for your reference...
