Samsung OneUI must provide feature of internet / network speed monitor meter in notifications panel status bar.

Yes.. Samsung don't have this feature. MI and one plus have . But it's possible in all Samsung phone , but need 3rd party software. I'm using for 2 years now. See the screen shot.

Native apps are always far better than third party apps. Samsung must add this feature.
