Ever since I bought the Galaxy Book 4, I have faced so many technical problems. Now there is a new problem that has emerged, automatic volume decreasing each second. Tell me, Samsung, how am I supposed to listen to the sounds of the video? Give me a reason that why would recommend the Galaxy Book to my friends and family?
