Incomplete backup in Samsung

I recently formatted my device and before formatting backed up data with strong wi-fi connection. Now after restoring, my documents in Samsung Notes are lost and my events are mssing from Samsung Calendar, also, my Google account is missing from syncing menu in Samsung Calendar, hence, I cannot sync anything anymore to my Google account.
