In my device M21 Android 10 is Good

No bugs except (shake mobile to screen on) Only That


But now Google, Chrome, Android system, play store ,hanging, Low audio, Poor camera quality, Refresh rate also decrease when water is present on screen

Nope, not gonna happen.

M30 has already completed its 2 major OS updates ( android 9 & 10 ) so it won't get android 11

Samsung provides 2 major OS updates to their midrange devices according to their update policy.
