How to enable scrollable menu on s23 Ultra One UI 6.0

Currently .y menu icons are set at 6x7 and still I need to swipe left and right for

Finding the required app.

All I want is the menu icons should be all in one place and can be scrolled all the way Down alphabetically.

Is there a way to do so in One UI 6.0 without any custom launcher?

Please let me know if there is any way to so do
