How to enable RCS on Samsung Messages?

Google has introduced RCS in Bangladesh last month(October 2020). I noticed, RCS is available only through Google's Messages app fron Play Store. But as far I know, Samsung Message also support RCS. I cannot find any option in settings to enable this feature. Can anyone help me with this?

Samsung message support only a fixed number of operators when it comes to rcs (like in india only idea and jio are supported currently and not airtel). please be patient, wider support will be rolled out in the near future.

I can use Google's Messages until it comes to Samsung Messages. But Samsung's OneUI is easy and intuitive to use. I didn't have to reach to the top to read the first message on Samsung Messages. That's why I was trying to find a way to use Chat on Samsung Messages. I think I'll have to wait for that.
