1.Download an app called National consumer helpline app.
2.write proper grievances, register ur grievances. 
3.attach bill and product photo.
4. Fill out the registration form.
5. When u will get call from them most probably with in three 3days ,explain ur concern .
6. Follow what they say, but never pay any money they demand because it s comapny fault.
7. Keep finding strong points to argue from them because they have best team to ignore ur issue in smoothest way.
8. Never do the mistake of believing on that product in future.
9. Live happily and let ur friends know this so that they know truth of the product . And Even they know about these problem , Be a better consumer.😊

Hi Bro Recently I am also facing this issue And I see the this solution from you on community and i approch a samsung service they told cant do and so many times we are trying they cant reponsing properly  so , I am decided to complaint on National consumer And i i filling the complaint the monry asking 2k. But i wanna doubt Confirm the case will win or not please tell.

Have you tried registering grievances once or you directly went to e dakhil?if you are confident that it's not your fault, and you can do better argument that then, case will win.
