Open your Samsung phone settings app from the application drawer.
On the next screen, tap on the “Accounts” tab.
Go to Samsung Account 》 Profile Info 》tap on email. You will find change option in the next screen. Tap on it and you will be asked to enter new email address . Samsung will then send you an email with the link to reset your password.
Now, go back to your Samsung account settings, and then click on “Remove Account” located at the top-right menu bar.
Visit service center with bill or box of your phone and reflash your device. I am assuming you aren't able to reset your device without samsung password.
