Hotspot and Tethering

My SAmsung M30 does not provide facility of Hotspot It is neither Tethering and providing internet service on my laptop. Not only that it is even not connecting to my laptop's through wireless connection  or thru the USB cable

Please suggest some solution

But the charging is ok through USB / Laptop

Try updating the network driver of your PC/ Laptop. Control panel> Hardware and sound> Device manager > Network adapters - here you will get the name of the specific network adapter in your computer. Search for network adapter drivers for your Windows version and manufacturer (hp , Lenovo etc.). Download and install the latest driver available.
