Hiss Sound From Powerbank

I brought 4, 1000 mAh/25W Samsung powerbank and 2 of them are making hiss sound when i charge my phone with it. Both are unused abd fresh. Should I continue to use it or dispose it?

I'm using original Samsung cable from box.
