I bought a Samsung A70 mobile a year ago, which fell off my hand. Now Airplane mode is always on(you can see in picture) due to which my network disappears. What do I do? I have done all the method what is possible for me like restart, all formatting etc. Because I took this phone in Saudi Arabia, so Samsung care people in India are not ready to see it, even they are not ready talk about. please help!

Where is the picture?

Did you try to observe it in safe mode?

yes , they directly refuse to talk about the problem because handset is not Indian origin.
