Help needed.

My Samsung a51 device is not charging while plugged in.The cable is fine.But the phone doesn't show any animation while connected to the charger. But when I turn off the phone it shows a stuck charging animation(it doesn't show the change %).Does anyone know why is this happening?and what is the solution of it?

In any case, off or on, do your phone gets charged or not? Please elaborate.

Did you turn on turn off animations in accessibility?

Or try reset all settings option !
