Heating issue in f62

Device gets heat instantly.

Check background for any program running constantly.. May causing the heat

I checked all background running app and also apply all trouble shooting steps provided by Samsung help and support,but problem continued.

Install somr battery app like Accubattery and check 2 days activity including the temperature behavior. You can decide whst taking more and how phone getting heat.

what u told us for heating issue, i already did it .

 I don't have any game,

I optimized all apps for backgraund data and battery uses, except samsung preinstalled app.

I keep brightness very low,

U used this model only for 20-30 min with Youtube or facebook or net surfing with any browser, then u can't take any calls means u can't touch this phone with your ear.

  Samsung not taking its seriously.
