u have to spent more than month. to gain level.
there is no any criteria...
-some members' comments r too much.. but less posts..
-some members' posts r too much but less comments.
-some members blah blah... blah

but the only phenomenon is time.

this level means.. how much time u have spent here. thts y it is 'active' level.. active level 1 or 2 ,3 4 5 6 7 ......blah blah.

only time matters. but u can achieve more with coments and post.
posts r second noticable thing.

but the main is time.
