Samsung was really disappointed. Since yesterday (18-9-2023) I have been faced with vertical line problems in my S10 lite. Please resolve the problem. If not, we have no choice but to ban Samsung products and choose iPhone.
I also have problem of pink line appeared on my S21+ 5G, Model No. SM-G996B/DS. It was purchased from Bahrain and currently Iam in India. I contacted the servuce centre and they said they can't help as it was boight out of India. When I contacted Samsung India via email, they said to go again to service centre for detailed check ups.. Samsung service in India is horrible, not only for phone but for all other products in my experience.
Now I have two lines appearing on my Samsung phone S10 Lite. There are offers of LCD Screen replacement for the same under INR 2000/-. I wonder if it solve the problem?
Last software updated on 9.3.2024 as it is shown. From March mid, bright white single verticle line started coming on the right end. It turned into thick white line in April 1st week. From June 2nd week, another dual thick white vertical lines now coming in the middle.
Do not know whether it will be rectified at samsung service centre at chennai
Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite in the month of August 2024 was showing 1 line. Now in the month of September 2024, there are now 2 lines.
Other mobile companies are providing the support & replacement but what is wrong with Samsung, it will lose the reputation if it does not take action ASAP.
