after clearing cache, restart the mobile

long press on map icon >app info (ibutton) >storage >clear cache and data, restart your device

Its an issue with Google maps and not with your device.

we have 5 hand set same modal and same issue

I know that, any device you check, from any brand, you will find this issue. Its an issue from Google's side, not from Samsung's.

we don't say this issue in samsung's but this issue in this modal google map is working in other modal in Samsung

Its not working in any model at all. I have checked with a lot of devices, literally a lot, from many brands.
