World wide this is the “Gold” standard in color deficiencies ( not blindness ) screening. 

Ishihara color plates.

 I chose this particular plate because if someone only sees the #2, that is one type; others only see the #6. It’s actually kind of fun watch them when they see only one, then I give them a cotton tipped applicator, a Q-tip, to try and trace what they see on the other side and they can almost see it, then they start driving all over the page trying to trace it. 

When it’s quite obvious to a normal color vision person that it’s the number 26.
