Getting Dark Mode in play Store

Goto settings > Apps> Play Store > Storage and delete the data and run play store again. 

Wait for sometimes and new version will be pushed on your device with dark mode activated.

my device is Note 9 and this thing is available for all 9.0 devices as far as I know.
