Hi. Since the past 2 weeks my gear s3 is unresponsive to the wake up gesture. It has stopped tracking steps. It cannot detect floor climbs. Unable to detect heart rate. Cannot detect altitude nor the barometer is working. I can pick up calls and dial numbers. On pressing any button the watch wakes up.
Any reason why this could be happening. Have tried resetting it multiple times but same issue persists.

take it to samsung care near you they will find why the sensor is not working .

Thanks for part of Samsung community. Would like to tell you kindly uninstall the Samsung gear manager app and reinstall again from Galaxy app.
