Fingerprint sensor takes much time to open for scanning

Am I the only person struggling with opening Samsung Pass inside Samsung wallet with fingerprint scanner, it's take much time to open the scanner itself and it's only happening when I open the Samsung Pass. It works normally other than here. Is it a device specific problem(A34 5G) or software bug? Any other model facing this issue?

Delay in what ? the first or second ?

If it's in first then update your apps related to samsung pass and then clear cache of app then restart your device and check.

Yes at first there was slight delay but now ig after the update it is slow I noticed that. So definitely ig software issue.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.
