Facing problem with charging in M31

My phone is not charging in fast charging mode. After turning off the fast charging mode, the phone is charging slowly but in fast charging it is able to charge 1 to 2 percent in 15 minutes. Please tell the reason for this.

This is happening maybe for the weather..try to charge your phone in Air Conditioner or in a cold place

Try to change other charger take a fast charger above 15 watt if did not work then go to service center
