F62 Network Issue

Network reception on internet connection through mobile data in Samsung F62 is very poor. Please fix this in upcoming update

It just a lesson from Samsung mobiles , which represents don't buy any Samsung products,**k . They not even see our problems 😒 mentioned here I can't use my new phone galaxy f62 , due to poor network connection...from last update.

OK any way, waste to pass my time here , Samsung is not ready to solve their golden customers problems (Samsung fans ).better its time to forgot Samsung mobile and other products... they didn't solve our problem...

My final decision was if Samsung didn't solve galaxy f62 and other m series phones problem (Poor network connection, network with AIRTEL sim is worst and unstable, Vodafone call not connecting bug, Game such as BGMI , AIRLINE COMMANDER, FREE FIRE, HAD NOTICED HEAVY LAG, AT JUST 14 FPS AT LOW SETTINGS MENTIONED ABOVE GAMES, HEATING ISSUES, SCREEN FLICKERING WHILE HDR VIEWING, SOME TIMES FOUND COLORED LINE ON THE SCREEN) I AM A MOBILE TECHNICIAN I FACED ALL THE ABOVE PROBLEMS WITH MY CUSTOMERS.


MY REQUEST PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH GALAXY F62 AND OTHER M SERIES MOBILE IMMEDIATELY 📱 TO SAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS, WHICH HELPS YOU TO PREVENT REDUCING YOUR BRAND VALUE..



All PROBLEMS MENTIONED ABOVE ARE MAINLY OCCURRING ON GALAXY F62 WHICH NEEDS IMMEDIATE UPDATES, EXYNOS 9825 CAN'T EVEN OPTIMIZED TO HANDLE SMALL GAMES LIKE (FREE FIRE ,CANDYCRUSH)BECAUSE IT HEATS VERY BAD WHILE PLAYING SMALL GAMES..

I think so Samsung doesn't think to resolve these problems MENTIONED ABOVE chats 🤔😕🙄😐😳😬🤔😕🙄😐😳😬🤔.

If they didn't make changes within this month (specificly galaxy f62), the only way is go for other brands 💯. Because we can't use ! LISTEN, PEOPLE IN SUCH REMOTE AREAS HAVE ALREADY A SLOW INTERNET SPEED. 🐌. WHILE USE THIS TYPE OF SAMSUNG MOBILE'S THEY COSTS MORE THAN 20,000 RS (GALAXY F62, AND MANY M SERIES PHONES) THE INTERNET IS VERY VERY SLOW THAN OTHER 8000 RS BUDGET PHONES.

SAMSUNG CAN'T EVEN HANDLE WELL THE APPS AND NETWORK CONNECTION SPEED, BETTER THAN LOW SPEC PHONES LIKE NOKIA 3 , REALME 5 , AND LOW BUDGET PHONES BELOW 10,000..

Please give software updates to fix immediately 🙏😢..

The above mentioned problem are tested as real time , At high speed internet locations..

I have tested each sim for 1 weeks.

Mobile Network Connection Error.

Can't make/receive calls.

Using Jio SIM card.

Can't use internet.

Temporary solution is to turn the device to Flight Mode amd then turn it Off.

Poor connectivity issue, the voice breaks and the person at the other end is not able to hear. I have tried all the network providers. The issue is more nltoceable on Airtel network. Please resolve
