I received an electric shock from my Samsung 25W adapter. After that, I tested it frequently with a tester, and the tester light continued to blink, indicating that current was still flowing. What can I do? Please help me.😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫

Change the adapter. There is probably a fault inside the adapter allowing current to pass through the case

How did you actually get shock? I mean is the plastic body somehow got damaged?

Through the type c pin. Bit the cable is ok. I tested it with another adapter

So if I'm not wrong then you're getting shock from the outer metal body of the type c? Right.
If yes then you have to change the adapter and don't charge the device with it if you're getting shock from the actual inner pins then it is okay, they carry measurable voltage and current while operating.

Adapter comes with 6 months warranty. Go to the service centre with bill and get it replaced.
