Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.
To reset the PIN for Digital Wellbeing and parental controls on your Galaxy smartphone, please follow these steps:
1. Open your phone's Settings.
2. Scroll down and select Digital Wellbeing and parental controls.
3. Tap the More options menu, which usually appears as three vertical dots.
4. Select Settings.
5. Choose Change PIN and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your PIN.
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
