Can you take accurate decision on your consumer usage of your smartphone. I am from India and I want to know accurate time when will you roll out one UI 4 based on Android 12 for Galaxy A02 and M02. Here this delay becomes more than one year. If you do not roll out then I will complaint through consumer rights. You are working on next one UI 6 and forgot that the updation of software of one UI 4 is not completed yet. So please it's a humble request to you that please roll out this update very soon in m02.
Samsung promised 2 android updates for galaxy M02, but only one update was given(Android 11 update), samaung just silenly removed Galaxy M02 from the Android 12 update list. Samsung support is giving bot like answers for the same. When a phone is bought the money is payed for the updates too.
