I brought a 45w Samsung travel adapter off Tata Cliq and here is what I received. I packaging was good but the label on the back spelled "MADE IN WIETNAM". The charger charged my device at 45w but it didn't have the High Efficiency engraving on the side. Help me decide if these are variants or this is actually **bleep**...

Yes best option but the website is asking 15 digit code for registration in Samsung. Com but my charger has too 14 digit code like urs

As per your concern, to check if the charging adaptor is original or not, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Steps to verify Genuine & Counterfeit Travel Adapter:

A. S/N Specification: Serial no. is used for checking counterfeit TAs in two ways:

I. Month verification: The 5th digit from left is month & It must be as alphanumeric between 1~9 and A~C only.

Note: Production month & manufacturing month on TA & box should match with month printed on serial no.

II. Vendor verification: The last 3 digit of serial no. must be DKA/DKB/ RCB/SEB.

Steps to verify Genuine & Counterfeit Travel Adapter:

B. QR code Detailing: QR Code will show below results after scanning:

1. Samsung Original QR code system: After scan it will show complete Model No. + Serial No. or part Code +Serial No.

QR code must match with Printed Model no. & Serial no. on Adapter & Box.

2. Counterfeit recognition QR Code result: After Scanning QR Code it may show Serial no. / Model no. / It may not scan / it my look different.

C. Printing specification mismatch

1. Specification Mismatch.

2. Double insulation, Indoor, Energy efficiency mark printing format mismatch.

3. BIS printing specification mismatch.

D. Font & Symbol mismatch

1. Symbols size & shape will not match with original.

2. No. three Font Printed in Output Specification is different.

After scanning the qr on the charger it shows,

EP-T4511XBEGGIN RF7Y9RSN5D1DKB

but on the box its written

EP-T4511NBNGIN RF7Y9RSN5D1DKB.

I bought a 45w Travel Adapter w/o cable. Help me check if anything is wrong...
